1. Max. Weight Load is more than 6 Kgf -- Most conductive yarns are lower strengths. Reversely FIBC bag needs to load heavy weights. The conductive yarns cannot bear such heavy weights and strong abrasions and cause broken. It will lose electric static performance and recycle use. In order to improve the issue, sometime people use two times of conductive yarn; but it is not economic. ESD -001 is specially designed for PP bag and FIBC which are loaded heavy weights. High tenacity conductive yarn could improve the durability of these bags.
2. Resistivity is less than10e4 ohm/cm – During using FIBC, filling and discharging speeds are very quick and cause huge electric static. Normal conductive yarns cannot dissipate them in short time and lead to dust explosion. It is not only the cost lose, but also caused safety hazard of work place. Excellent conductivity speeds up electric static release. Reduce dust explosion.
